WTB-401A aging test box is a series of products after the original series of products have been modified. After the product is modified, it is energy-saving, beautiful and practical. It has two sizes of 100 liters and 140 liters. Non-standard can be specially processed according to user requirements. All specifications of aging test chamber shells are made of high-quality steel plate welded, surface baking varnish, inner chamber steel plate sprayed with temperature-resistant silver paint or stainless steel, with two to 50% shelf. The bracket is equipped with a turntable in the middle, and the insulation layer is insulated with ultra-fine glass wool. The door has a double-glazed observation window, and the joint between the studio and the door is equipped with a heat-resistant asbestos rope to ensure the seal between the studio and the door. The power switch, temperature controller and other operating parts of the aging test box are concentrated in the control area on the left side of the front of the box, and operate according to the indicator.

The heating thermostat system in the box is composed of a fan, an electric heater, a suitable air duct structure and a temperature controller. When the power is turned on, the fan simultaneously operates to directly place the heat generated by the electric heating on the rear side of the box through the air passage. The circulating wind is formed, and the air is dried through the working chamber and then sucked into the fan, so that the temperature is evenly circulated.

The temperature controller is an intelligent digital display with high temperature control accuracy, set temperature with protection device and timing function.
