Preparation before use
1. The box is placed indoors in a dry and level place without the use of other fixtures.
2. One iron-plate cutter switch should be installed in the power supply line for the purpose of this box, and the conductor is twice as thick as the power line and grounded effectively.
3. Before power-on, check whether the voltage of the box matches, and calculate the current according to the total power rate, and connect the power cable of the corresponding specification.
4. When everything is ready, you can put the sample and close the door. At this point, you can connect the power supply and start working.

Use after power on:
1. Put the dried items into the dry box, turn off the power after closing the box door;
2. Turn the power switch to “ON”. At this time, the power indicator light is on, and the digital display temperature controller has a digital display.
3. Adjust the temperature controller's knob, set the temperature, the heating indicator light is on, start to enter the heating, and the temperature controller displays the temperature inside the box. Under normal circumstances, after 90 minutes, the temperature control enters a constant temperature state. (Note: Refer to the “Operation Method” below for the intelligent temperature controller).
4. When the required working temperature is low, the secondary setting method can be used. If the working temperature is 80 °C, the first time can be set to 70 °C first, and the temperature setting overshoot starts to fall back, and then the second time Set 80 ° C, this can reduce or even eliminate the temperature overshoot phenomenon, so that the box into the constant temperature as soon as possible.
5. Choose different drying times according to the different moisture levels of different items.
6. After the drying is finished, turn the power switch to “OFF”, but you can't open the door immediately to take out the items, be careful of burns. The door can be opened to lower the temperature inside the box.
