1.introductions

WDW-5KN computerized films tensile testing machine can be used for determine tensile properties of film or sheeting under defined conditions of pretreatment, temperature, humidity and speed. According to different test sample, the testing machine can be customized. The standard tensile test space can be customized long enough for specimen with big elongation. Standard test speed range of 0.001mm/min to 500mm/min can accommodate for most film and sheet sample, while for high speed test, speed of the testing machine can be customized to be 2000mm/min for faster. For those specimens whose breaking force is small, capacity of the machine can be customized to be under 100N. Test software of the testing machine can display test parameters, such as force, test time, elongation, etc. in real time. The film tensile testing machine can provide data for quality control, for acceptance or rejection in accordance with the terms of specifications and for research and development.
