1 Introduction

The horizontal tensile testing machine is mainly used for tensile strength testing of steel pins, large structural parts, flexible parts and rigid long shafts. The horizontal tensile testing machine is equipped with special Windows based software measuring the performance parameters of the test piece according to the national standard or the test method provided by the user, and can also performs statistics and processing test data, and then output the test curve and test report.

2. Installation site requirements

a. In the range of room temperature 10--35, the relative humidity is not more than 80%;

b. On a solid concrete foundation (bearing capacity 100kN/m2), properly installed,

c. In a vibration-free environment;

d. There is no corrosive medium around;

e. The power supply system is three-phase four-wire AC 380V 50Hz, and the voltage fluctuation range should not be greater than +10% of the standard voltage;

f. The power supply of the testing machine should be reliably grounded;

g. The space around the testing machine is not less than 1m, which is convenient for operation, debugging and maintenance.
