1. introduction

This testing machine is to measure internal bond strength of wood-based panel. Wood-based panel internal bond strength measuring is to load tensile force to the surface of wood-based penal evenly until it is broken. Wood-based panel internal bond strengh is calculated as the ratio of maximum tensile force of its area.

2. Test

1) Specimen size of wood-based panel: 50 X 50mm(length X Width)

3) Put the wood-based panel specimen in the internal bond strength measuring device installed on the tensile testing machine, and then load to the wood-based panel specimen with the tensile testing machine evenly until the specimen is broken. The test should be finished within (60±30)s.
